Windows Server 2008: restricted groups, Managing local group membership with a GPO |
Restricted groups are a little known option in an Active Directory Domain. They control local group membership on your active directory clients. In this video, I add a domain group to a local group without going to each and every local machine using group policy. This allows me to create membership for a specific group of people to a specific group on a specific group of computers. It’s a great situation where I can make local admins or backup operators on a regional sect of computers. This feature is available onactive directory domains running Microsoft windows Server 2000, 2003, 2008. The client operating systems may include 2000, XP, Vista or 7.

How can i give special(admin like) permission to some domain users, Using Group Policy Management,step by step? |
Hello friends, I am a system Administrator and i want to give some special permissions to my IT team , They are in Domain. And i have to give permission through group Policy management( Active Directory)

Dont feel that im dicouraging you but plz understand If u have a fewer users,then my advice for u is to manually go to each machine and give them permission as u wish.It not a good practice to experiment in your work environment…..mind you.Group policy editing and stuffs are usefull and will help u a lot unless u have the right know how to do it.Try making some resarch on it and try it on somewheere other than ur workstations. Check out Youtube ,it will give u more light on this topic.Dont experiment ,try it somewhere and then implement

High Quality Articles on Your Blogs Will Improve Your Business |
Short while ago google had changed their ranking algorithm, in the name of providing more relevant search results for it’s users, on official google blog it is estimated 11.8% search results will be affected by this update, in another word, google thinks about 12% of it’s search results are really bad and need to manipulated. They planned and started the update about one year ago, no wonder I saw a few of my keywords’ ranks dropped like a rock, but almost all the ranks promoted by articles and blog posts were not affected, some of the keywords even ranked better than before, it’s safe to say that old way of link building is doomed.
What is old way of link building any way? a lot of marketing companies did and are doing the plain link building, they will get links from any websites which accept adding links, these websites will only be updated when new links are being added, almost all of them are garbage, we call these sites link spamming sites. New google algorithm most likely will punish these link spammers, all the links on those websites will have the same fate.
Maybe a few examples will make it clear. It was quite some time ago, I needed to rank the keyword, Grade 70 Chain, it was old way of link building all the way, lately I figured that every site in the campaign had way too many links, worst yet, those sites had no content at all. I would give credit where credit is due, this linking strategy worked, lately the keyword link stayed on the first page for a while, this was the case until google made the change. Here is another keyword, chain pullers, most back links for this keyword are from articles and posts, with very few plain links, the rank for this keyword is making me real happy. Now contextual links win the battle, then what? In fact the only thing matters here is content, when you create unique and quality content, your rank will improve over time, since search engines are another kind of readers. It’s never too late to build good blogs for business purpose, such as this interesting blog, kaiya eve , I didn’t put too much effort into it from start, but I never stopped posting, now it can even rank the highly competitive keywords. As far as SEO concerned, article marketing with great content is the way to go. If you can build a group of your own blogs, such as Tie Down, you will have the power to push any sites up in search engines.
At the end of day all you need to do is to create quality content, share the content with people, and put your keywords in the context you’re good to go, your effort will reward you handsomely in the end. Whatever you do, you will need persistence and patience, you shouldn’t expect things to improve overnight, i.e., selling online or improve your search rankings, keep writing, publishing, sharing and creating, you will see the day of success. Ezine is one of the best article directories out there, a new article will be indexed and cached in less than an hour, popular blogs will get your post indexed as soon as you post it, here I am going to show you an article in article directory or on a blog, have a taste of this one, Coil Chain, good writing, interesting content, indexed and cached, this article serves it’s purpose well.

For wordpress blogs, I recommend twitter tools, then go ahead register a new twitter account and app, configure your twitter tools prpperly, you should choose to post a tweet for every new post, it’s simple and elegant, it’s a big loss if you don’t use this tool.
