DNS Management and domain registration only service?

I already have my servers running with appropriate static IPs. I am looking for cheap registrant that can take care of only registering my domain name and to give me chance to modify DNS records so I can point to my server and to my email server computers correctly. (which are not on the same machines). Aside from godaddy.com, hostgator.com, I would prefer some from EU. Does anyone knows who offers this service is reliable enough and cheap?

in this case i can recommend http://www.xnynz.com/ they are comparatively cheaper and they dont add any catch to their offers, and also http://www.whoisxy.com/dns-query.aspx for DNS queries
